Your health data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

• Google Firebase: Authentication and cloud data storage.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Payment processing for in-app purchases.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
